COER Placement and Career Development Cell @ COER comprises of extremely passionate and devoted staff members who work together to attain the target of 100% placements every year. To explore all the areas of employment and adhere to the needs and talents of the students by providing them the most suitable jobs.
CPDC provides different services for all students, such as individual career assessment and coaching/training, personal profiling, real-time exposure with the industry, and opportunities to interact with potential employers. We believe in providing students with tools to enable them to make informed decisions about their careers.
Since its first batch graduated in 2003, COER has remained the preferred choice for employment by both Domestic and Multi-National organizations. Our students demonstrate all the qualities necessary to become a global professional.Leading companies across various disciplines come for campus placements at COER. In technical courses, nearly all students are placed even one semester before the completion of the course.This year COER students enjoyed record breaking 85*% round 1 placement (batch 2016-20) with Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, HCL and other organizations of repute. Also, COERIANS have been selected to pursue higher education at premier institutions around the world.
